Ore Coal Pure Quartz Paldium Sulfur Fast routes FAQ

⛏️Ore (the early-game bottleneck)

Ore is the most-demand resource in the first 30 levels - you need it for Ingots, which feed almost every tech unlock. The best early spot is the ore cluster north of the first starting area (the "Anubis statue" hill), with 8+ nodes in a tight loop. Later, the Mount Obsidian coast and the Desert east edge have dense clusters that respawn on your rotation.

🪨Coal

Coal appears from around level 20 and is needed for Refined Ingots, Cement and Carbon Fiber. The biggest deposits are in the Twilight Dunes desert (NE) and along the Volcanic Mountain passes.

💠Pure Quartz

Pure Quartz is gated to cold biomes - the Asteroid Belt / ice shelf areas (Astral Mountains, the frozen island edges). It's needed for circuit boards and late-game electronics, so unlock a cold-safe Pal (Frostallion, or just carry heat gear) before farming.

🟢Paldium Fragments

Paldium is found as blue-glowing rocks and is a Pal Sphere ingredient. Nodes are scattered everywhere, but the densest early field is the plateau around the first tower and along the west river valley.

🟡Sulfur

Sulfur is needed for Gunpowder and ammo crafting. The main deposits sit in the Volcanic regions (Mount Obsidian) and the northern lava caves.

🚀Fast farming routes

  1. Early game (Lv 5-15): Ore hill NW loop → return to base → smelt Ingots. 10 min = ~120 ore.
  2. Mid game (Lv 15-30): Twilight Dunes Coal run + desert Ore veins, mount a Direhowl or Nitewing to cut travel time.
  3. Late game: Astral Mountains Quartz ridge + Volcano Sulfur loop with a Jetragon flight path - 20 min covers all four resources.

FAQ

Node respawns and the base-placement bonus

Because nodes respawn, the strongest farming decision is where to build: a secondary base inside an ore or coal cluster converts the map page's routes into a walk across the yard, and the raid-defense sections on the base-building page are the price. The map marks which clusters tolerate a base ring without cutting off the nodes themselves.

Sulfur and the ammunition economy

Sulfur lives in the desert regions and feeds the ammunition tree, which is a progression decision disguised as a farming one: ranged play consumes sulfur the way melee play consumes repair materials. Farm it before the tech tree makes you want it — the desert routes pair naturally with the coin-farming runs on the resources page.

Fast farming routes, explained

The routes above are built on three principles: nodes respawn on a timer, so a loop beats a one-off haul; mounts with harvesting passives turn travel time into farm time; and the base's proximity to a node cluster is a permanent passive income. Ore is the early bottleneck, coal the mid-game one, and the routes are ordered accordingly.

Where is the best place to farm ore?

The ore cluster north-west of the starting plateau (8+ nodes, respawns daily) is the best early farm; Mount Obsidian's coast is the best mid-game cluster.

Where can I find Pure Quartz?

Only in cold biomes - the Astral Mountains ridge has 6-8 nodes, and frozen caves spawn sparsely. Bring cold protection.

What Pals are best for mining?

Digtoise (Mining skill), Anubis (fast mining), Reptyro and Astegon are the best Mining-assigned Pals for base production.
