Sources and their limits
Official store pages, developer patch notes and publisher documentation are primary sources for what those organisations announce. Community wikis and community findings are secondary references. A source must support the specific statement and version; listing a wiki does not make it an official or measured result.
We do not invent an item list, statistic or route to complete a template. Unsupported material is withdrawn, revised or separated from supported references. The page should state what remains unresolved.
What a software check establishes
Testing a note-saving tool establishes its save, load, delete or export behaviour under the recorded conditions. It does not establish that a visitor's observations are correct. The Pal party notebook uses entries supplied by the visitor; the former species dataset and predictive coverage panel remain withdrawn.
We do not treat tool output as in-game data, a patch note or independent playtesting. Direct gameplay claims need their own game version and evidence.
Images, versions and corrections
Publisher screenshots, character artwork and AI concept images have different roles and are labelled accordingly. An old screenshot stays historical; a character portrait is not a battle capture. A usable media source does not prove a gameplay assertion.
A review date applies only to the stated page scope. If a game changes, compare the claim with the relevant developer update and record a material correction. Send the page address, version and specific evidence to our corrections contact.
Publication responsibility
AI-assisted drafting and automated checks are disclosed. They do not establish independent human fact checking or first-hand experience. We retain responsibility for the published text and corrections without claiming checks that were not performed.
