What to include in your message
Three things make a message actionable in one pass: the page URL, what changed or what you expected instead, and the patch or date you observed it on. Screenshots help for visual bugs; for tools like the Pal Team Builder, a note of which filter or matchup misbehaves is enough to reproduce.

Guide corrections, patch-driven updates, tool bugs, partnership and syndication questions, and honest feedback on the site itself. We do not sell placements, we do not accept paid reviews of games or gear, and we do not respond to link-exchange requests — the guide stands on its own links.
How quickly we respond
Most messages get a reply within 2–3 business days, and genuine guide errors are usually fixed within the same week. Privacy questions route the same way — mark the subject line and the privacy policy page explains what the site collects before you write.

Business and partnership enquiries
If you want to discuss advertising, sponsorship or content collaboration, put the word business at the start of your subject line so it is routed to the right place. Please include who you are, the company or project you represent, and a one-paragraph summary of what you are proposing. We read everything, but we decline most unsolicited offers, and pages that accept paid placements will always be labelled clearly as such.
We do not sell links, we do not publish guest posts for SEO purposes, and we do not add unrelated outbound links to guides. If your proposal involves any of those, the honest answer is no, and you will save both of us time by not sending it.
A note before you write
Most of the mail we get falls into two groups: readers reporting something that is out of date, and players asking a specific gameplay question. The first group is genuinely useful and we act on those reports quickly. For the second group, please check the relevant game index page first, because the answer is often already covered there and it will be more complete than a short reply.
One practical request: if you are reporting an error, quote the sentence or number you believe is wrong and, if you can, link the official source that contradicts it. A report like that can be fixed in minutes. A report that just says something is wrong takes us far longer to act on, because we have to reproduce the problem from scratch.
Privacy of what you send us
Messages sent to this address are read by the editors and used only to fix the site. We do not add readers to mailing lists, we do not share addresses with advertisers, and we do not quote private correspondence publicly without permission. If your report leads to a correction, the credit goes to the fix, not to a published name, unless you explicitly ask to be thanked.
